This course explores timeless practices that strengthen inner stability while nurturing the good heart—the foundation for a meaningful and compassionate life. Practical exercises in lojong (mind training), along with guidance on cultivating bodhicitta and deepening our understanding of emptiness, will be included.
Through meditation, reflection, and discussion, participants will learn practical methods for calming the mind, strengthening resilience, and opening the heart to ourselves and others. Open to all levels, but some background in Buddhism helpful.
