UK Tour and Back in the USA!
After a wonderful month-long teaching tour in England visiting 8 centers and groups, I have recently returned to the States where I began some programs in the Philadelphia area in mid-February. I very much enjoyed seeing some old friends in England and meeting new people associated with the various centers. It was also nice to have some time with my sister and family who live in north London. The courses in England ranged from Death and Dying topics to Developing Compassion and so forth, but it seemed themes always returned to working on low self-esteem – a tremendous challenge for most non-Tibetans who attend the courses. I am looking forward to delving more into this interesting phenomenon with the courses and retreats coming up in the US this year, as well as in other parts to the world.
